In short the I-Meet was great, - it was one the most educational and interactive meetings of its type that I have ever attended.
The approach was informal and pragmatic, providing superb conditions for knowledge transfer from (and between) SME’S to the younger clinicians.
The fact that it was a relatively small group, in combination with the rather informal surroundings and conference room setup, provided opportunities for participants to pose questions they might have been intimidated asking in a larger setting.
Seen from a company perspective I-MEET provides an absolutely ideal opportunity to mingle and build relationships with SME’s.
I think that from a relationship building perspective this will have a ROI way superior to other conferences.
