Registration fees
Included in the registration fee: congress bag, final program, MEET combo (electronic book), access to all scientific medical sessions in the auditorium, exhibition hall, welcoming coffee, coffee breaks, lunches. Day passes are available and can only be purchased onsite.
The first author from each selected abstract, poster or video will benefit from the reduced fee of 380 € (before March 31) or 500€ (after March 31).

Kindly be informed that Fellows in training must provide a letter from their training program director to benefit from the preferential rate, should they fail to provide this document, they would have to pay the full registration fee ‘Physician & other’: 750€ (before March 31) or 850€ (after March 31).
Day passes are available and can only be purchased onsite.

20 Successful applicants will be offered free registration for the whole conference.
The uniform age limit of 33 years has been chosen. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but the MEET organization retains the right to guarantee geopolitical diversity.
