Individual Cancellation policy
Cancellation before March 22: refund less 10% (administrative charge).
Cancellation after March 22: no refund will be given.
Name changes will be accepted before May 13.
No-Shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
Refund will be processed until end of June 2019.
