Le prix de l’inscription est de 100€TTC. L’inscription comprend la participation au congrès le vendredi 29 novembre, les pauses cafés, le déjeuner et la soirée officielle la veille le jeudi 28 novembre (Intercontinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hôtel).

Tous les participants au congrès doivent savoir que des photos seront prises lors du congrès, qui seront susceptibles d’être utilisées sur ce site Internet ou sur divers supports imprimés. D’autre part, ce site utilise google analytics à des fins de statistiques.



The registration fee is 100€TTC. This fee includes the congress participation on Friday November 29, coffee breaks, lunch and the official dinner the day before on Thursday November 28 (Intercontinental Bordeaux le Grand Hotel).

Diner officiel / Official dinner

Le diner officiel est inclus de le tarif d’inscription. Il aura lieu le Jeudi 28 novembre à partir de 19h30 à l’Intercontinental Bordeaux Grand Hotel Palais de la Bourse (15min à pied du lieu du congrès).

N’oubliez pas de confirmer votre présence en ligne.

The official dinner is included in the registration fee. It will take place on Thursday, November 28 from 7.30pm at the Intercontinental Bordeaux Grand Hotel (15min walk from the congress venue).

The dinner will be served as a cocktail reception.

Don’t forget to confirm online you’ll be attending.

Refund of fee: a 10% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to one month before the congress, then no refund will be given (including cancellation of social events). Name changes are requested 15 days before the congress. No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee. One night deposit needed to confirm any hotel booking. The whole stay has to be paid up to one month before the event to avoid cancellation of reservation.
